Producer D. Bruce Moore

D. Bruce Moore has been singing since he was a child and only took formal training when attending college. It was at college that his passion for music was fanned into a flame and Bruce won the Silver Medal for Grade VIII voice with the Western Board of Music (now Conservatory of Canada).

Bruce was the lead singer, arranger and composer for the vocal acappella group 4Fun, laying a foundation of strong vocal harmony. While pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree at Brandon University Bruce had a car accident that (temporarily) stopped his singing.

Bruce then expanded into instrumental music, playing acoustic guitar, electric bass and drums in various venues.

Around the time Bruce had temporarily lost his voice he met Don Somerville. Don has co-written songs with Grammy Award – winning writers David Paich (Toto), Bill Champlin (Chicago) and with multi-platinum producer/songwriter David Foster. In 2009, Bruce and Don spent a day together catching up and co-writing The Mystery.

Bruce continues to write and record music for himself and others in both Winnipeg and Nashville, and provides private vocal coaching through WinnipegVocalTraining.com
